Getting started

Well, I've never done this before, so here gos. The photo is from our front porch, there is nothing more relaxing than to sit there in the evenings and watch the sun set and the hill we live on go to sleep. We have wanted to start a journal on all of the changes on our hill from year to year. We have noticed different things bloom, or there are different bugs, different actions of the birds on different years. Don't know if it is climate, rainfall? We'll see if there are patterns to it.
